April 18, 2022 There are two additional staff members who tested positive for the CoVid virus. There are no new resident cases. Total positive cases for this current outbreak are: ten staff members and twenty-five residents. Contact tracing and further testing is being completed as directed by our Medical Director and the Dept. of Health. Visitation remains open but visitors must still be tested prior to visiting. Complete visitation guidelines are posted at our front entrance. Visitors and staff must wear medical masks at all times. Please contact your loved one’s nurse or social worker for any questions.
