Covid Update for Mar 21, 2023: There is one additional staff member who tested positive for the CoVid virus. There is one additional resident who tested positive for the virus. Total cases for this current outbreak is fifteen staff members and two residents. Contact tracing and further testing are being completed as directed by our Medical Director and the Dept. of Health. Visitation remains open but and visitors do not need to be tested. Complete visitation guidelines are posted at our front entrance. Visitors and staff do not currently need to wear a mask because the Covid community transmission rate is medium.  An exception to this is Garden Valley. Visitors and staff on this unit must wear masks.  Please contact your loved one’s nurse or social worker for any questions. Thank you.
