Covid Update for Mar 11, 2023: There is one additional staff member who tested positive for the CoVid virus. There are no additional residents who tested positive for the virus. Total cases for this current outbreak is twelve staff members and one resident. Contact tracing and further testing are being completed as directed by our Medical Director and the Dept. of Health. Visitation remains open but visitors must still be tested prior to visiting. Complete visitation guidelines are posted at our front entrance. Visitors and staff do not currently need to wear a mask because the Covid community transmission rate is medium. Please contact your loved one’s nurse or social worker for any questions. Thank you.
