The residents of the Wayne County Nursing Home can now enjoy a three hole putting green at the Nursing Home. The putting green was funded by the Wayne County Nursing Home Foundation, Inc. Many of our residents enjoyed golfing prior to their move to the Nursing Home. The putting green is handicapped accessible allowing residents in wheelchairs to participate. Residents who have never golfed are also enjoying their new activity option.

The putting green is part of the planned multi-generational recreation area for the residents. Family members and friends are able to participate with the residents. The Foundation is grateful to all who contributed to the putting green project for the residents. We look forward to continued support from families, friends and the community as we look forward to providing additional recreational opportunities for the residents to enjoy their home.
